- Refund requests may be reviewed when there is a duplicate payment, failed activation, wrong plan activation, or a verified technical billing issue.
How To Request Review
- Contact support with your account email, payment ID or invoice ID, selected plan, and a clear description of the issue.
- Refund review does not guarantee approval. Approved refunds may depend on the payment provider, network fees, and transaction status.
Manual Payments
- Manual payment confirmations are reviewed by the admin team. Keep proof of payment until activation is complete.
- Incorrect wallet/network payments may be impossible to recover depending on the blockchain transaction.
