- Account details such as email address, encrypted password, plan, subscription status, and Telegram chat ID when you link the bot.
- Trading preferences such as plan, spot/futures settings, signal history counters, and dashboard settings.
- Payment metadata such as invoice IDs, payment status, plan, amount, coupon usage, and webhook records. We do not store full card or wallet private keys.
- Security logs such as login, admin, password reset, and payment events to protect the platform.

- Sensitive exchange API values are encrypted before storage when used by eligible plans.
- Sessions use secure settings where production HTTPS is enabled, and admin actions are protected by permission checks.
- No system can be guaranteed perfectly secure; users should protect their own email, Telegram, and exchange accounts.
Retention
- We keep account and payment records while the account is active or as needed for legal, security, fraud-prevention, and support purposes.
- Users can request account support or deletion review through the contact page.
